Our versatile spaces are ideal for private meetings, business lunches, or formal dinners for up to 20 people. Considerations prior to booking If you are planning to book or organise a workspace day here, consider a few additional nuances regarding how Brydges Place operates: Mind the Tech Setup: While the Chandos Lounge has great Wi-Fi, it functions primarily as a relaxed club lounge. If your team needs to run heavy AV presentations, share screens, or use a projector, you should flag this with us in advance to see if you need to move you to one of the upper rooms or supply extra kit. The "No Phones/Photos“ Culture: Brydges Place strictly enforces a "no phones or laptops in dining areas" rule to protect the privacy of its members (unless you have booked a private room). While you are completely fine to work on devices inside your designated ground-floor workspace zone, make sure your guests know to step away or take voice calls strictly within your designated area. Accessibility Note: Because it is a beautifully preserved historic building, the upper rooms (Green and Purple rooms) are accessed via traditional, somewhat narrow townhouse stairs. If anyone in your group has mobility restrictions, sticking to the Ground Floor Chandos space is definitely your best bet. The Hidden Entrance: It's located in London’s narrowest named alleyway! It is incredibly atmospheric but very easy for first-time visitors to miss. Tell your guests to look out for the entrance instructions (often via Chandos Place/the alley next to the London Coliseum) so nobody gets lost on the way in. Food & Beverage Policy: No outside food or beverages may be brought onto or consumed on the premises. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided in the workspace, and lunch reservations can be arranged on-site.
